Suggested Itinerary - "Family Friendly Ephraim "
Start the day with a breakfast burrito at Good Eggs. Your burrito is made-to-order, with all the meat, veggies, cheese and potatoes you choose! Enjoy casual dining (and a view of the Bay!) on one of their surfboard tables. Don't forget to stop next door, at the Door County Confectionery for some delicious fudge, hand-made in Door County! And make sure to stop back in on your way out of town, and take some home to your friends!
After breakfast, head south to Nelson Shopping Center to get all the supplies for a day spent at the beach. Rafts, sand toys, beach towels and sunscreen are only a few of the things you'll find at Nelson's! Supplies in hand, head back north on Water Street/Highway 42 to spend the day at the Ephraim Public Beach!
With 175 feet of sand beach, the Ephraim Public Beach is a great place to spend the day with the kids! And no worries, there's a public restroom for your use! After fun in the sand and sun, head north on Water Street/Highway 42 to the Shorewood Village Shops. Stop in at the Snack Shack Café & Ice Cream Parlor, where you'll find a picnic-style lunch menu with very reasonable prices. Try their potato salad - it's great!
Head further north on Water Street/Highway 42, and work off lunch with a round of golf at Red Putter Mini Golf in north Ephraim. A challenging course that's fun for all ages! When returning your clubs, don't forget to register a guess of how many candies are in the over-sized jar - if you guess correctly, the jar's yours!
Now that you've worked up an appetite again, head south on Water Street/Highway 42 to stop in at Wilson's Restaurant & Ice Cream Parlor. This Ephraim landmark celebrates over 100 years in business! Get a home-brewed draft root beer or try one of their over 20 flavors of ice cream! Walk across the street to Monument Park while you finish off your treats - beautiful views of Eagle Harbor!
After a day under the sun, spend a night of nostalgia under the stars at the Skyway Drive-in Theatre! Double features nightly. The kids will enjoy the playground and watching the movies from their favorite blanket spread across the grass. Visit their snack bar for a pizza or hot dog dinner - don't forget the popcorn!

Suggested Itinerary - "General Fun in Ephraim"
Start the day off with a terrific and casual breakfast that won't break the bank at the Second Story Restaurant at Ephraim Shores. While dining you will have an elevated front row view of Eagle Harbor from this restaurant housed on the second level of the Ephraim Shores Motel! Be sure to try their Muffin of the Day! And if you come back for lunch, we recommend the Asian Salad!
Now that you're well nourished, travel north on Water Street/Highway 42 to the Anderson Barn History Center, home to the Ephraim Historical Foundation (EHF), where they have Guided Historic Ephraim Walking Tours departing at 10:30am Tuesday through Friday in the summertime. The cost is $5 and includes admission to all five of the EHF's museum buildings. Enjoy this small group tour, guided by one of the EHF's docents - these tour guides really know their stuff! (If you'd rather go at your own pace, you may rent an MP3 player for a Self-Guided Historic Ephraim Walking Tour at the Ephraim Visitor Information Center, complete with narrations and historic photos!)
Following your tour, make sure you stop in at the Anderson House Shop & Gallery across the street. Specializing in fine, traditional gifts and accessories for the home and garden, you'll be able to find a gift for all your friends back home. We love their sterling silver jewelry and beautiful birdbaths! And they're open until 9pm everyday in the summertime! (Except Sundays.)
Hop in your car and head south on Water Street/Highway 42 to the Chef's Hat Café, where you can dine on their outdoor patio and enjoy panoramic views of the Bay! This place has some of the most unique combinations and flavors on its eclectic menu - you'll love it! We recommend the Blackened Tilapia Sandwich or the hamburger!
To top off an already active day, head north on Water Street/Highway 42 to the Ephraim Yacht Club for an afternoon sailing lesson on Eagle Harbor! You must make reservations ahead of time. Sign up for the lessons at www.eyc.org or call 920-854-7107. They offer youth and adult lessons!
After an exhilarating day, the hot tub at your resort will be just the thing to wind down the afternoon. If you're looking to lay low, rent a DVD from the Fish Creek BP and visit Joe Jo's Pizza & Gelato for some fantastic thin crust pizza to bring back to your hotel. Try their specialty Sea Scallop Pizza or the Spicy Italian Beef Sandwich - YUM! Don't forget to grab some gelato!
